Slow down.
Come back to your rhythm.
A breathwork practice to help you slow down and honour the natural rhythms of your system. As you make space to pause, your body gets the signal that it's safe, opening the door to more calm, deeper presence and a sense of ease.
Most of us live at a pace our bodies never agreed to. Rushing from one thing to the next, breath held high and tight, never quite landing. Over time, the nervous system forgets what it feels like to settle.
This isn't about pushing for a breakthrough or doing it "right". It's an invitation to pause. Slow down, soften, and let your system find its own rhythm again.
Your body already knows how to come back to calm. It just needs enough space, and enough safety, to remember.
Step out of the rush. Give yourself permission to stop doing, even for a few minutes.
No forcing, no counting to keep up with. Let the breath find a pace that feels natural to you.
A slower, softer breath tells your nervous system it can stand down and settle.
