Every breath pattern tells a story about the whole person, not just their physiology. Learn to receive what the body is communicating, and trust what you're feeling before words can name it.

Track nervous system shifts
Recognise the subtle signs as someone moves through activation, shutdown and release: a racing pulse, a held breath, a body going still. Some moments call for guidance, others call for space. Learn to feel the difference.

Build a complete breathwork toolkit
You'll learn a full range of techniques, not just one style, and know exactly when each one applies: grounding work, deep release, and everything it takes to help someone integrate what came up.

Become the method
Your nervous system is not background noise in a session, it is part of the session. This work asks you to go through it yourself first, because you cannot take someone somewhere you haven't been willing to go.
So the person in front of you can actually let it go, not just talk about it.
I'd done other trainings before but none prepared me for what actually happens when intensity and emotion begin to rise in a session the way Insight did. I was amazed at how much deeper the breath could take me. This was a truly life changing journey. Supportive, warm and deeply human.
