What this is (and isn't)

Circular connected breathing means no pause between the inhale and the exhale. The breath keeps moving, and so does everything else.

This isn't the full transformational journey. It's a shorter, daily practice to change your state quickly, move what's stuck and drop below the thinking mind.

Because when the mind gets quiet, there's a deeper wisdom underneath that's been there all along. The breath is one of the fastest ways back to it.

What this practice builds
The ability to shift your state on purpose, not just wait for it to pass
Moving stuck or stagnant energy through the body
Space from the overthinking mind
Connection to your intuition and inner wisdom
Capacity to stay with sensation and emotion rather than run from it
A felt sense of aliveness and presence in the body

More intensity isn't more transformation. What matters is staying in relationship with whatever comes up. That's why this practice is short and repeatable. Done daily, it builds the capacity that makes the deeper work possible.

Follow the guidance in the audio and work at your own pace. You can always slow the breath down or return to normal breathing at any point.

Please don't do this practice if you

Circular connected breathing is powerful and creates real changes in your body chemistry and nervous system. It isn't right for everyone. Please skip this practice, or check with your doctor first, if you:

  • Are pregnant
  • Have epilepsy or a history of seizures
  • Have a heart condition, high blood pressure, or a history of stroke or aneurysm
  • Have glaucoma or a history of retinal detachment
  • Have had recent surgery or a serious injury
  • Have a severe mental health condition such as psychosis, bipolar disorder, or unsupported trauma or panic disorder
  • Have severe asthma or another respiratory condition
  • Are under the influence of alcohol or drugs
Practise safely
  • Never practise while driving, in or near water, or standing up
  • Tingling, light-headedness or temporary tightness in the hands or face can happen. Slow the breath down and it will pass
  • If anything feels like too much, return to normal breathing. You're always in charge
  • Give yourself a few minutes to rest and come back before you get up
