The Wholeness
Journal.
One page. Under three minutes. A simple daily practice to come back to gratitude, self-respect and self-expression, and notice what shifts when you do.
Most of us don't need another big practice to squeeze into the day. We need something small enough to actually do, and honest enough to make a difference.
That's what this is. A single page you fill in most days that brings you back to what you're grateful for, how you're treating yourself, and what's wanting to be expressed.
Done consistently, those three things start to change how you relate to yourself, and that changes a lot more than you'd expect.
Training your attention to land on what's already good, not just what's missing.
Noticing how you're showing up for yourself, and where you're keeping promises to you.
Giving voice to what you feel and need, instead of holding it in.
Print it or fill it in digitally. Whatever means you'll actually use it.
Do one page most days. Keep it quick and sharp. If it's taking longer than three minutes, you're overthinking it.
Stick with it for three months. That's long enough for the small stuff to add up into something you can feel.
What might shift if you met yourself like this, most days, for the next ninety?
I'd love to hear how it lands. Reply to the email this journal came in. It comes straight back to me - Tiff
